We have warehouse located in China, Philippines, and Brazil, the products will be dispatched directly from the warehouse to your designated place.

Yes. OEM/ODM are welcome, we can provide all customized products. We have a professional R&D team that provides both OEM and ODM services. MOQ is flexible and negotiable. ODM will as per our final decision.
Do You Have MOQ? What Is Your MOQ?
Yes, we have. The MOQ is more than 100pcs for the Foreign Wholesalers and Distributors, the MOQ of the sample is 1 piece.
Do you have Drop Shipping Service?
We support Drop Shipping Service even for one-piece Sample order, providing you risk-free experience. But you shall make full payment and shipping fee will be at your expense.

Do you have stocks? When will you dispatch the goods?
We have stocks most of the time. We will send the goods within 48 hours after you place an order. We may delay the shipment due to holidays. You could contact our customer support to place an order if there is no stock.
What are the shipping methods?
We have cooperation with DHL or TNT or UPS etc. of Air Express or Express, enjoying more discounts and special offers from them compared with other express. It will save you a great amount of shipping fee if you choose them, the same as to the Sea Transportation. Please contact our support team if you want another shipping method, we will give you as much support as we can.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping Cost is calculated based on weight and size of your order. All Shipping details are subject to the specifications on our website. Please contact our support team if you have any problem.
What if I submit a wrong delivery address?
Usually, we will ship the goods within 1~2 Days after you place an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you submit a wrong address and we will correct it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C. Please contact us if you need to use an alternate payment method, we will offer you support as much as we can.
Can I cancel the order?
We will process your order and ship your goods within 1~2 Days after you place an order. If you want to cancel the order, please contact our support within 2 hours after placing an order; The order cannot be canceled once the products are dispatched from our warehouse. You could reject the goods when your order arrives, but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Can I return the product?
We can exchange the goods with defects or refund your money within 7~15 days after we receive the package. But you should contacts us first and cover the shipping cost if you want to return the products. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How long is Warranty Period?
Generally we provide 2~5 years free warranty, but specific warranty period is subject to manuals of different products.
