1. Components of solar street lights


(1) Solar panels

The more effective solar panels are mainly monocrystalline, silicon solar cells, polycrystalline silicon solar cells and amorphous silicon solar cells. Three kinds of batteries. It is better to use polycrystalline silicon solar cells in areas with sufficient light, monocrystalline silicon solar cells in areas with relatively insufficient light, and amorphous silicon solar cells in areas with insufficient sunlight. 


(2) Battery  


The main function of the battery is to store electrical energy to compensate for the extremely unstable input energy of the solar photovoltaic power generation system. The batteries mainly include lead-acid batteries, Ni_H batteries, and Ni-Cd batteries.


(3) Special controller for solar street lights  


In a solar street light, an essential part is a solar controller. The main effect of the solar controller is to protect the battery and to avoid the deep charge and discharge of the battery by restricting the charging and discharging conditions of the battery. In the place where the temperature difference is relatively large, the solar controller also has the function of temperature compensation.  


(4) Luminous body 


The luminous body is an important target for the normal use of wholesale solar lights. Usually, the luminous bodies selected for solar street lights include LEDs, low-voltage sodium lamps, low-voltage energy-saving lamps, etc. Among them, LED lamps to have a long life and relatively low operating voltage and are currently the most widely used solar street lamps. luminous body.  


(5) Lamp pole and lamp shell 


The height of the lamp pole is determined according to the width of the road, the illuminance specification of the road, and the distance between the two lamps. The requirements of the lamp shell are not very high, mainly for energy saving.


2. Grounding and lightning protection device for solar street lights


With the strengthening of the awareness of energy-saving and environmental protection, the use of outdoor solar lights wholesale is becoming more and more extensive, but in order to prevent the occurrence of electric shock accidents, solar street lights should use grounding devices. The ground wire should be insulated wire, and use the whole wire, and no joints are allowed in the middle. The grounding wire of the arrester should choose the shortest distance to the grounding wire. The cross-sectional area of the phase wire of the protection device is S≤16mm², and the minimum cross-sectional area of the grounding wire and the protection wire is S; if 16<S≤35, the minimum cross-sectional area of the grounding wire and the protection wire is 16; if S>35, the minimum cross-sectional area of the grounding wire and the protection wire is 16 The minimum cross-sectional area is S/2. Ground wire welding length flat steel ≥ 2 times flat steel width. The grounding can be divided into working grounding, protective grounding, and lightning protection grounding.


(1) Lightning protection grounding


In order to prevent the electrical equipment from being struck by lightning, ground the lightning protection devices such as lightning rods, lightning protection wires and lightning arresters, and the grounding resistance should be less than 10Ω.


(2) Protective grounding


In order to prevent the safety of personnel and equipment from being endangered when the equipment leaks, the exposed conductive parts of all electrical equipment should be grounded through the grounding wire, and the grounding resistance should meet the installation action requirements of the leakage protector.


(3) Work grounding


Directly ground the neutral point of the low-voltage power grid, and the system grounding resistance should be less than 10Ω. Connect to zero: connect the metal casing, metal frame, etc. of the electrical equipment to the neutral ground wire.
